Blind Boys at The White House (PBS & NPR)
Image via WikipediaYes, it’s true. The Blind Boys of Alabama will perform “Free at Last” at The 2010 White House Music Series on Wednesday, February 10 for “In Performance at the White House: A Celebration of Music from the Civil Rights Movement.”
PBS will televise the show on February 11 at 8PM EST on public broadcasting stations nationwide. NPR will also post on www.npr.org/music a one hour concert special from this event for broadcast nationwide on NPR Member stations.
