  2. The Blind Boys of Alabama performed “Free at Last” at the White House on Wednesday night in front of President Obama.  See what the USA Today had to say.
  3. Collin Raye talks about how his granddaughter and God both inspire him in this exclusive CMT Blog.
  4. And Tanya Tucker is set to guest star on RuPaul’s Drag Race show (on Logo) this Monday at 9pm to promote her album My Turn.

Yes, it’s true. The Blind Boys of Alabama will perform “Free at Last” at The 2010 White House Music Series on Wednesday, February 10 for “In Performance at the White House: A Celebration of Music from the Civil Rights Movement.”

PBS will televise the show on February 11 at 8PM EST on public broadcasting stations nationwide. NPR will also post on www.npr.org/music a one hour concert special from this event for broadcast nationwide on NPR Member stations.
